I love Apple rumors.  It’s fun to try and stay ahead of the game and try to predict which parts are true and which parts are false.  

A revamp of the retail environment at Apple is not anything new, the brand has altered the way the store looks and the way the staff interacts with customers every 2-3 years, so a change is probably due.  With the name of this new rollout being Apple Store 2.0, it leaves lots of room for guessing.  I am betting for some pretty major changes, not necessarily in appearance, but in the way “things” are used and the way Specialists interact with customers and share product information.  If it improves the already flawless Apple Store experience, it HAS to be amazing!
